Lillian Mindich
Lillian Mindich is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who draws from a selection of models to meet the needs of the client. Lillian works with individual adults, families and children to manage trauma, anxiety, depression and other behavioral mental health challenges. With a person-centered and empowerment based process, Lillian partners with Clients to develop effective skills for achieving greater success.
Lillian has received training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Brief Treatment and Motivational Interviewing. She has experience working with families and children in multiple settings including home, school and office. Lillian believes in a holistic approach to healing and will work with families to address imbalances in activity, screen time and food choices if desired. Lillian works with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges including anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, communication and coping with stressors. She can work with individual adults and children or with the family as a whole. Lillian specializes in working with children and families who have experienced trauma and abuse.

I have experience working with clients in a variety of settings including at their home, in the school or community setting and in the therapy office. I work with clients young and adult, to build a trusting relationship as the basis for our work together.
